Plain-language summary. The service is provided as is, without warranties. Directory listings are automatically compiled from public federal data — they are not vetted by us and are not endorsements. Your use of the service is governed by Delaware law.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Procurery (the “service”), operated by Procurery LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is provided “as is”

Procurery is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Procurery is an informational and research tool; it does not provide legal, procurement, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your own due diligence.

Directory listings are unassessed and not endorsements

Our directory tier is an automatically compiled index of businesses drawn from public federal SAM.gov registration data. These listings are unassessed: they are not vetted, verified, rated, or endorsed by Procurery, and a business's appearance in the directory does not imply any relationship with, recommendation by, or quality judgment from Procurery. Editorial assessments in the separate “Procurery Insight” tier are our opinions based on the information available to us and may be incomplete or become outdated. See data sources for how each tier is produced.

No warranty on accuracy

We do not warrant that any information on the service — including directory data, firmographics, categorizations, or editorial content — is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Underlying public data may itself contain errors or be out of date. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it for a procurement decision.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you may not scrape or bulk-download the site except as expressly permitted, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, use it to send unlawful, misleading, or harassing communications, misrepresent your identity or authority when submitting a form, or use the content in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Procurery name, editorial content, compilation, design, and software are owned by Procurery LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Underlying public records (such as SAM.gov data) remain subject to their own terms and the rights of their respective owners. You may reference and link to Procurery pages, but you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from our editorial content or compiled data without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Procurery LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any information it contains, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@procurery.com or via our contact page.
