Effective date: July 2, 2026

Plain-language summary. Procurery collects only what you choose to submit through its forms. Directory listings are compiled from public federal data, not from you. We do not sell your personal data, and you can ask us to access or delete anything you submitted at any time.

Who we are

Procurery (“Procurery,” “we,” “us”) is a buyer-side procurement intelligence service for government software decisions, operated by Procurery LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@procurery.com.

What we collect

When you submit one of our contact forms — the buyer form at /wisconsin or the vendor form at /for-vendors — we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, role or title, organization or company, agency or buyer type, the software categories you sell into or are evaluating, and a free-text description of your need or inquiry.

Directory listings are not collected from individuals. Our directory tier is compiled from publicly available U.S. federal registration data published by SAM.gov. Those listings describe businesses that have registered to do business with the federal government; they are not sourced from the people who fill out our forms, and appearing in the directory is not a result of any interaction with Procurery. See our data sources page for details.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to provide and improve the service, to review and follow up on vendor listing or profile-claim requests, and to communicate with you about the request you made. We do not use form submissions to build the directory.

We do not sell your personal data

Procurery does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Our business model is buyer-side and vendor-sponsorship based; it does not depend on selling contact data.

Third-party services

We rely on three third-party providers to operate the service: Vercel (website hosting and cookieless analytics), Neon (the database that stores form submissions), and Resend (email delivery for responding to your inquiries). Each of these providers processes data only to perform services for Procurery, not for its own purposes.

Data retention

We keep form submissions only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of vendor and buyer interest, and we delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted to us. To make a request, email hello@procurery.com and we will act on it within a reasonable time. If you are a business that appears in the directory and want to claim or correct a listing, see for vendors.

Cookies and analytics

Procurery does not use cookies to run the site. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser (vialocalStorage) and is never sent to us. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for privacy-respecting, cookieless measurement of aggregate page views and performance — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party advertising trackers.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service evolves; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@procurery.com or visit our contact page.
